Alidad Moaveni

Alidad Moaveni is Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer of AllMerus Energy Ltd. He has structured, negotiated and executed multiple investments in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a focus on power and renewables. He is a member of the New York and California Bar and on the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales. He graduated with an LLM from Cambridge University, Trinity Hall and a JD, Order of the Coif, from the University of Southern California.

Shamim Diouman

Shamim Diouman is a Senior Financial Services Expert for the World Bank, IMF, and the German Government. He is currently leading and has led a number of advisory projects in Europe, Central Asia, South East Asia and Africa reforming banks and assessing financial sector governance procedures. Shamim worked for the European Banking Authority in London in the area of banking regulation and training of EU supervisors and regulators. Previously, he was at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) as Manager of Risk and Regulation working on the architecture of financial regulation. He has also worked at the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), now part of Bank of England. Shamim represented the FSA at a number of international organisations and high level committees. He was the Vice Chair of the IAIS Accounting subcommittee.

Kewal Devani

Director

Kewal Devani has over 20 years experience in private banking, capital raising and project management. In the last eight years Kewal set up a company that has successfully introduced companies into the African market and has guided them through to growth. He has also established a petroleum trading company focused on finished products.

Dilys Chu

Dilys Chu is the Assistant to Mr Alvin Yip and she holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, UK.

Dilys has over 20 years’ working experiences in accounting; 10 years in follow-up works and deals with connections for the commodities sector.

She monitors daily operations for Titron Group as well as follow-up and preparation of business and financial analysis for new projects of API, including liaising with bankers and external auditors as well as Company set up.

Alfred Wong

Alfred Wong holds a Bachelor Degree in Materials Engineering from University of New South Wales, Australia.

Alfred has over 20 years’ experiences in project management for large scale manufacturing operations.

For the last seven years Alfred has successfully set up and managed the manufacturing operation for medical devices of Titron Group.

In addition, Alfred carries out project management for API.

Su Wen Jin, Jerry

Jerry has a qualification in International Trade & Economics from Xiamen University.

Jerry was General Manager of Xiamen Jinlite Industrial Co Ltd from 2004-2010, responsible for export/import of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, coal and iron ore.

Jerry was General Manager/Director of Xiamen Quanchen Industrial Group Co Ltd from 2010-2015, responsible for local sales for coal and iron ore.

Since 2015, Jerry has been Executive Director of MPF Asia PTE Ltd, responsible for local sales of crude, refine products and LNG.

Jim Knott

Chief Technology Officer

Jim Knott is our technical lead. He has over 50 years experience in the marine industry, and is a Chartered Marine Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (iMarEST).

Jim is also Managing Director of BMT TITRON (UK) Ltd.

Ali Hedayat

Ali Hedayat started his career with Goldman Sachs in 1997 as an analyst on the power and utilities section. He has held various positions in the Principal Strategies division culminating by being appointed co-head of the unit in 2007. He left in 2010 to become the co-founder of Edoma capital, a 2 billion USD hedge fund as well as co-founder of the Markor fund in 2013. He currently is the founder and MD of Maryana capital and sits on the board of Restaurants Brand International.

Andy Lukas

Andy Lukas is Managing Director of AJ Lucas Constructions Pty Ltd. He has over 40 years experience in the pipeline and drilling industry across Australia, the USA and South East Asia. He pioneered the development in Australia of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) in 1990, commencing operation of Australia’s first rigs. He developed AJ Lucas to be a world leader in this specialised HDD field as well as the production of coal seam gas using Horizontal Directional Drilling. He is a former President of the International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association and also former President of the Australian Pipeline and Gas Industry Association. Andy has overseen the projects that have broken world HDD records.

Steven Adamcik

Steven Adamcik has over 15 years experience managing and commercially optimising natural gas pipelines, gas processing plants and condensates stabilisation facilities, including P&L responsibility. He is highly successful at creating unit holder value, originating green field development of pipelines, gas processing plants and condensating stabilisation facilities. From 2001 to 2010 Steven worked with El Pasco Energy in Houston, Texas, where he was responsible for attaching new gas supplies to EP’s pipeline system, initiating commercial agreements between pipelines and natural gas processing plants, and developing and promoting supply area pipeline expansions. From 2011 to 17 Steven was the VP of Business Development for Plains Gas Solutions, an affiliate of Plains All American Pipeline. He led four senior professionals responsible for growing the company through capital investments in natural gas processing plants, condensate stabilisers and NGL pipelines.

John H. Happ

John Happ has 23 years progressive experience in the energy industry. He’s a senior level executive with substantial experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream aspects of oil and gas marketing, trading and project development. John boasts practical skill and experience in the areas of project identification, development, marketing and hedging strategy, oil/gas/NGL processing, oil gathering, stabilisation, blending/refining economics, P7L management, contract negotiations, and asset A&D. His activities have secured proven results by identifying strategies and assets with emphasis on cost and operation modelling with ROI accountability, focusing on defining plans, objectives, allocating resources, and deal closure. John has participating in multi-billion dollar acquisitions and divestitures, and has an extensive network of impeccable relationships throughout the industry.

Brandon Bello

Director

Brandon Bello is President and Managing Member of Cypress Eagle LLC. Prior to founding Cypress Eagle in 2014, Brandon was Vice President of Commercial Development at Texon L.P. in Houston, Texas. Through various roles in engineering, asset optimisation, business development and liquids marketing, Brandon’s career has covered the ground of petrochemicals, butadiene, VCM, petrochemical feedstocks, fuels blending, logistics, NGL marketing, and midstream business development. Brandon’s past experience for Bridgestone, Dow, Enterprise, Crosstex, and Texon has led to a depth of knowledge both in the upstream and downstream values of production and new market development. Brandon has served on the Board of Directors of the Petrochemical Feedstocks Association of the Americas, and as President of the organisation from 2010 to 2012. Brandon holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Arnold Salinas

By specialising in the natural resources space, Arnold Salinas has gained considerable experience in the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors in the Texas Gulf region. Arnold has held senior level positions with Millennium Energy of Texas, and was a Senior Advisor to Deeprock Energy.
